Company book value, and book value per share ('BVPS', in effect 'share price') will be updated quarterly in the investor portal.
Charlivia will issue new shares at their discretion, at a price of 1.1x the most recent BVPS.
Additionally, Charlivia will facilitate the sale of shares where requested, and at last resort (subject to cash availability) will endeavour to repurchase shares when requested at a price of 1xBVPS. ​
